Three weeks at Les Lavandes! Alas we must leave today and we feel as if we were leaving home. All of it due not just to La Bergerie we have occupied, but to the warm hospitality extended by Ken and Linda.

We are especially grateful for their kindness during the shocking events of September 11th. We are sure that everyone who leaves Les Lavandes leaves a little of themselves behind, we know we have.

When we first came we thought we we were in paradise. Now words fail us for our second visit. Our deepest appreciation.
